The set has been placed on the lower side of the first floor for easy access. Walls have been raised around the stacked machines in order to maintain the same quiet and peaceful atmosphere as well as the aesthetic standard that has already been developed for the home. One other major step that BingStudent has taken to improve the quality of life within the home is the installation of new windows with better insulation and light fixtures with smarter bulbs in order to provide our student base access to lower monthly energy bills and increased free cash flows.

Moreover, the home's location on Front street, right on the Susquehanna river, allows for tremendous natural scenery; as well as the perfect combination of downtown involvement and nightlife with the privacy that comes along with living on the West Side.
