A CUSTOM 57 LEROY

57 Leroy is the sort of property that one walked into and became excited about the layout designed. When BingStudent took over the operation here at 57 Leroy we thought the same thing. Currently the home is separated into two apartments, each with four bedrooms, one and 1/2 bathrooms and a fully furnished living room.

In order to increase the living experiance we had renovated both kitchens and bathrooms, bought new furniture for each room and replaced the old appliaces. We will refinish the wood floor to create a more enticing and a much more spacious first floor.

We’ve estimated that all of the aforementioned projects will be completed by early spring of 2016.

By June 2016 57 Leroy will operate above and beyond any expectations for not only student housing, but all levels of luxury housing. Furthermore, to ensure that all the students that rent with BingStudent thrive rather than just survive in their apartments we took zero chances of risk with heating, plumbing and the functionality of appliances throughout the home. Meaning that we scanned all of the internals of the home and are in the process of replacing anything that doesn’t meet our standard of functionality, efficiency and security.

57 Leroy is no longer the place it once was. We're in the process of transforming it; making it much more user friendly with the capability of personalization and specification to cater to the needs of the tenants. Our goal was to develop a home that was not only functional, but also enjoyable to develop in throughout a student's college career.
